Refund & Returns Policy

At AngelWingDesigns, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In their original, undamaged packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Exceptions — Items We Cannot Accept Back

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom-built or made-to-order kits and components
• Pre-order items (unless faulty or not as described)
• Used electronics packs (e.g., ESCs, servos, receivers) as electronics are easily damaged through misconnection / user error these cannot be returned once the packaging seal is broken, unless the item is proven defective at manufacture.
• Items damaged through use, modification, or incorrect assembly

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at awdbalsakits@gmail.com with:

1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you'd like to return
3. The reason for the return

We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

• UK orders: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• International orders: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs/duties fees incurred. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable.
