Searching for bespoke trailing edge section for our Smash Wings and also the SOAS we hit a brick wall. A bandsaw was purchased and SOLD as just not suitable to get the finish and consistency we needed. So in that Eureka moment I designed a 3D printable router attachment for a cheap DIY superstore hand held router. Coupled with a 45mm diameter
finishing bit we now have the tool we were looking for. Further refinements have been made including the dust shoe attachment. If your only cutting a length or two this isn't totally necessary as long as a suitable dust mask is worn.

Step Files, STL and OBJ files available. Step files will allow you to modify the design to your own needs, including designing new input and output dies for different materials and section.

Printing Details : Intended for experienced 3D printer users

Design uses Overture Matte PLA, and printed on a Bambu A1.
