Feather Hinge is a super tough fibre based material that is just 0.1mm thick. Perfect for control surface hinging on our small lightweight models.
Supplied as a pack of 6 lengths of material approx 20mm x 100mm.
Simple cut the desired size of your hinge with a knife of scissors.
For most suitable applications we recommend cutting the material into 20mm x 10mm wide strips, so each pack makes a total of 40 hinges. We would also suggest a slight chamfer on each corner of the hinge to aid easy installation.
The hinge is CA (superglue) friendly or compatible with adhesives such as Superphatic or epoxy.
